I wasn't aware of all the stuff about the Kuiper Belt. <BR/><BR/>The other point is that it is not simply the numerical values of certain parameters that must be just right in order for life to develop. It is the entire foundational economy of the universe's formational capabilities that must be just right and sufficiently robust to make possible the actualisation of carbon based life.
